ElCharis exists to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare services. Too many Nigerian families navigate fragmented care alone — uncertain whether the medication on the shelf is what their doctor intended, unsure whether their HMO will cover it, and often without anyone to ask.
We are passionate about patients receiving individualised care. Every prescription that crosses our counter is checked against the patient's full record. Medication management
We review every prescription for potential errors, drug-drug interactions, contraindications, and side effects before it is dispensed. For chronic conditions, we maintain a continuous record so each refill is checked against your full medication history.
Patient counselling
When you collect medication from us, our pharmacist walks you through dosage, timing, food and drink interactions, and what to do if you miss a dose. We answer questions thoroughly — not in passing.
Same-day delivery
Place an order before 2 PM and we deliver the same day across Uyo and the surrounding Akwa Ibom area. Refrigerated medications travel in insulated, temperature-tracked packaging.
HMO claims processing
We process claims directly with seven major HMOs in Nigeria. You pay your co-pay; we handle the rest of the paperwork with your insurer.
Chronic care follow-up
For diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other long-term conditions, we set automated refill reminders, monitor adherence, and flag concerns back to your prescribing doctor.
